Therefore after my illegal dismissal from the sanitary Department

service for the illegal actions of the Sanitary Inspectors and 111

treating me contrary to the rules on the 3rd September 1912 through

my Solicitors Messrs Goldring, Barlow & Morrell, I Had circulated to all

official and unofficial members of the Sanitary Board a copy of my

Statement to discuss and try my case and inflict on me any penalty,

if they find guilty of those illegal complains or to reinstate me on

my duties.

But thinking I am an Indian, the Honourable members of the Sanitary

Board have not given a least heed to my appeal and have not given any

reply of yes or no, and a pathetic petition made by Sir C. Paul hater

C.M.G. a well-known rich and generous person in this Colony, and a

member of the Executive Council, and who has produced several Royal

Statues into this Colony of his own costs has not been heard and replied

to.

The motive of this illegal dismissal is only jealously and carrup-

tien.

(a) The jealously means that the Head of the Sanitary Department Mr.

Wolfe was ignorance of some of the Sanitary laws, that I a watchmen

had challenged him several times as it is stated in my Statement hereto

attached these such lil-tempered persons do nothing themselves but they

throw away a very hard working servant out of service when they like,

thinking that it will not be protested, but it is quite against the

wishes of their Majesties.

(b)

The carruptian means, that the Inspectors and other servants

of the Department are such 111-habited, that they always desire moriey by squeeze or by borrowing from the money-lenders, whion is contrary to the Colonial Civil Service Rules, and the sanitary Authorities do not take note of such illegal actions of their employees although several dozen actions have been taken against their employees in the Court of Justice, and as the recent Sanitary Commission which was appoin. ted in 1905 by the Governor to inquire into the administration
